More than three decades ago, our roots began with Vale Home Services, founded by Julio La Hoz.
From an early age, Julio was hands-on—learning the trade straight out of high school and even before. Over the years, he worked across nearly every part of residential construction:
Project after project, year after year, he built experience the only way that matters—by doing the work and standing behind it.
That same hands-on foundation carried forward.
Working alongside his father, Leonardo learned the trade first hand before branching out into mechanical systems. That path led to years of specialized experience in HVAC and plumbing, including running his own company, Cool Air Experts Air Conditioning & Plumbing.
Those years added something critical: a deep understanding of how homes actually work behind the walls—not just how they look when finished.
